Give the gift of beautiful nails with vouchers for Solaris salon services or Lunaris press-on sets.
How to Purchase
Gift vouchers are available in any amount. Contact us to purchase:
Digital vouchers are emailed once payment is confirmed. Physical vouchers can be arranged on request.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Validity
- • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- • The expiry date is printed on the voucher (or stated in your confirmation email for digital vouchers) and cannot be extended.
2. Redemption
- • Vouchers are redeemable for nail services (Solaris) or custom press-on nails (Lunaris) by The Nail Eclipse Club.
- • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for retail products unless otherwise specified.
- • The voucher number must be provided at the time of booking or checkout.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- • All appointments must be booked in advance via the official booking system or by direct contact.
- • Voucher holders are subject to the same booking and cancellation policies as all clients.
- • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- • Failure to give 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or the equivalent voucher value, at the discretion of The Nail Eclipse Club.
4. Value & Refunds
- • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- • If the chosen service costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of service.
- • If the chosen service costs less, no cash change or refund will be given, but any remaining value may be used toward another service before expiry.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
- • Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
- • The Nail Eclipse Club is not responsible for vouchers once issued or sent.
6. Transferability
- • Vouchers are transferable and may be given to another person as a gift, provided the voucher number is valid and unused.
7. Digital Vouchers
- • Digital vouchers will be sent via email once payment has been confirmed.
- • Please ensure the recipient's email address is correct — The Nail Eclipse Club cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery due to customer error.
- • Digital vouchers must be presented electronically or printed at the time of use.
8. Promotional Vouchers
- • Complimentary or promotional vouchers will have specific terms stated at the time of issue and may differ from standard vouchers.
- • These vouchers have no cash value and are not valid for resale.
9. Other Information
- • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- • The Nail Eclipse Club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
