These guidelines cover Lunaris press-on nail orders. Updated 27 October 2025.
📦 Delivery Information
At The Nail Eclipse Club, every set of custom press-ons is handcrafted with care and precision. Each order is created to your chosen size and design, ensuring a perfect, salon-quality finish every time.
⏱️ Processing Time
All press-on nail orders are made to order.
Please allow 5–7 working days for your set to be designed, created, and prepared for dispatch.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Delivery Options
Standard Delivery (Free):
- • All orders include Royal Mail First Class delivery within the UK, free of charge.
- • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Tracked Delivery (Optional Upgrade):
- • If you would prefer a tracked service, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a delivery quote and arrange this option for you.
🌍 Delivery Area
We currently ship within the UK only.
Unfortunately, international delivery is not available at this time.
⚠️ Delays & Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, The Nail Eclipse Club is not responsible for postal delays or items lost in transit by Royal Mail.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the expected date, please email us at mrshilly.k@gmail.com so we can liaise with Royal Mail and resolve the issue.
♻️ Packaging
Each set is packaged carefully to protect your nails during transit.
Sustainability is important to us, so we use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
No returns or exchanges: Because each set is custom-made to your specifications and is a hygiene item, returns and exchanges are not possible unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Check sizing carefully: Please ensure you order the correct size before purchasing. Our sizing kit (£10 with £7.50 credit toward your first order) is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact mrshilly.k@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We'll work with you to offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not begun.
Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible as each set is custom-made specifically for you.
